They told me if I did the switch they would buy me out from Verizon and they would bring my bill from 550. a month for 10 lines my bills are 800.for bad service.

I am going to fight this but I think people ought to know that att are nothing but a bunch of crooks tell you one thing and do another.

They said they never received my phones to talk to the post office so I did and they said they could track them that they need the invoice on the envelope we send them in and att will not give them to us . The service is bad the customer service is worse and the supervisers are even worse than that.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Service and the lying.

I agree wholeheartedly! They’re awful and they do not care about their customers one iota! They are the WORST company ever!
