TO START OFF I AM MOVING AND WANTED TO TRANSFER MY U-VERSE THEY KEPT ME ON THE PHONE FOR 5-HOURS RIGHT 5 HOURS. THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THAT I JUST WANTED TO TRNSFER MY INTERNET NOT MY TV BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO DIRECT TV BECAUSE THERE WAS NO U-VERSE AVAILABLE.
I CAN'T TYPE ANYMORE BECAUSE WHEN I THINK ABOUT THIS *** COMPANY I LOOSE MY S--T. NEVER IN KNEW ALL *** PEOPLE WORK FOR THE SAME COMPANY, AND NOW THEY WILL DESTROY DIRECT TV.
NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH, THEY CANNOT FIGURE THIS OUT. I KNOW I AM TALKING CRAZY BUT THEY HAVE ME FUMING.
I HATE AT&T. MAYBE AT&T SHOULD HAVE BEEN BOUGHT OUT BY VERIZON
