After over 2,000 bad reviews, and I had a terrible service today 11/3/14. I don't think my bad review will change anything, the only way for a customer to get away from poor customer service at AT&T is to leave AT&T.
I will take my own advice when my contract ends, I recommend that to all others who have experienced bad service. HIT AT&T IN THE POCKET BOOK.
Consumers have the power to get big companies attention,it's time to give AT&T what they deserve, "Nothing". If they can't give good customer service, then we don't have to give them nothing.
