I work from home.The only reason I have AT&T is because I have to have internet service as a requirement to keep my job.

AT&T cancelled my service and transfered it to a new address without my acknowledgement or permission. I was told that in order to have my service re-established I would have to pay 100 dollars. I asked why I should have to pay to have service re-established that I never asked to be transferred. I got no clear answer.

Because I had no internet I missed a day from work and Im in jeopardy of being terminated from my job. Im a new customer of AT&T and they really made me wish I called Xfinity. My advice to all is to stay away from AT&T. They dont give a *** about any of their customers.

I may lose my home if i get fired.Thanks to AT&T I'll be homeless.

Monetary Loss: $192.
