Since I changed my tv and internet to ATT, it has been a nightmare. Internet is so bad.
The tv is the worst. I complained and they say the will send a tech to my home. That was months ago. I am still waiting.....
Sometimes I come home to watch tv and it does not work.
Also I combined the services with my wireless. That was from the very beginning (Dec 2017) and still have problems with that. I called customer service several times and they cannot find my service with the ATT tv. They send me here and there, and I ended up talking to multiple customer service attendants but still no solution.
Las time I talked to a supervisor, he was supposed to call me back about the service and to change the tv boxes. Again I am still waiting for that too.
How poor this company treat its customers! It just want money, money and money for a service that is incomplete.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
