at&t is by far the worst company i ever signed and agreement with and my biggest mistake .as a prior sprint customer i came to at&t for the iphone , which they have no insurance for and dont tell you until afterwards.
on top of that , when you add a line or upgrade a line they send your terms of agreement via email which is unprofessional. not everyone checks an email and it should be printed and handed to you in store. also my bill is a different price every month . there reps are liers they each tel you something different .
i really wish i wasnt locked into this agreement.their saying i have a $305 cancellation fee which is higher than any other company.
