We got our bill for the month, and it was double what it was said it was going to be. They said we wouldn't get charged for any activation fees besides the $10 extra a month to have it.

We got a bill, for 2 phones, over $300!! We switched to them because they promised the bill to be near $150 WITH tax. We were on the phone for 2 hours and the manager wouldn't *** the fees we were promised to not be there/pay or adjust the bill. Guess who is switching again and canceling.

DON'T GET ATT&T CELL SERVICE EVER! This was by far the worst service we have had...ever. Why would we switch from a cell service that was $180 to a service for $300+ (just for phones)?!?! That would be totally idiotic.

Complete waste of time! Find someone else to get your phone service from because it isn't worth the headaches, anger, and lack (I use this term incredibly lightly) of customer service skills.

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a partial refund as the author lost $308. This person is overall dissatisfied with Att. The most disappointing about att phone service at Att was deceptive policies, charges and poor customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

* they said near $135 for the phones plus tax.

The $10 a month extra was for the tablet.

Sorry if this was confusing. However,

the matter is that nothing was resolved.
