To the phone service Ive been with over 10 years, Ive never been treated more terrible by any company and or entity. I called to let you guys know that I may have received a fraud call, about two months ago.
My concerns were dismissed, all for someone to illegally order a phone to mu account anyway. I myself have to go through drastic measures to access my own account, however someone can order something on my account ??? Ive spoke to over 5 ppl in the Fraud department, only to be hung up on and transferred. Im currently on the phone with At&T for 4 hours.
Again with no updates about my claim, again no assistance to actually pay my bill, this is the absolute worst service Ive ever received, Ive been hung up on so many times today. Im currently on hold after speaker with 4 different people from your loyalty department and all have hung up on me and one has placed me on hold for 3 hours, is she ever coming back ?????? Can you please help assist me in leaving at&t? It saddens me that I pay as much as I do only to be ignored and miss handled, Id rather take my business else where.

A man who is leaving At&T because the customer service given is the worst service Ive ever received from any company in my entire life.
