Att - Would not cancel my contract for cell phone.
My cell phone contract was up 08/03/10.I called in July to cancel it as of that date.
I was told to call on the contract date which I did & was told that was too late because they had already billed me. I told them I was getting a different phone/provider for 09/03/10. They wondered if I was using the same phone# & I said I probably would.
I didn't use the same # & therefore they billed me for another month which means I had 2 cell phones for Sept.I hadn't better get another bill.
