Att - Would not replace a replacement without having to pay more
I purchase sony ecricson almost two years ago before the year warranty expired I had to have the phone replaced due to key pad sticking.Now nine months later the replacement phone doesn't work either and they want me to pay to get a new one because the one year warranty only covers the first phone.
The problems with the phones are on their end not mine. They told me that I could use my insurance to get another phone but will have to pay to have their faulty phone replaced. More money out of my pockey and putting more money in theirs for their junk phones.
They no longer sell these phone because they don't work properly but want me to pay to get another.NOT!!!!
