WELL, FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS AT&T U-VERSE HAS BEEN POSTING SOME ONE ELSE PAYMENT TO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE TO CALL CUTOMER SERVICE EVERY MONTH AND TELL THEM.
if I DID NOT CALL , HOW LONG DO YOU THINK IT WOULD TAKE THEM TO FIND THE ERROR. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR ME TO GO THROUGH THIS EVERY MONTH AND NOT FAIR FOR THE CUTOMER WHO'S PAYMENT IS POSTED WRONG. I AM TIRED OF CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU STAY ON THE PHONE FOREVER AND NOTHING IS RESOLVED.
I HATE CALLING THEM. PLEASE HELP, SICK AND TIRED OF AT&T U-VERSE.
